Fixed dome cameras are security camera systems that hold a single position, unlike a PTZ dome camera, which can pan, tilt, and zoom in or out. Many domes are not placed clearly which makes it hard for an intruder to tell what the camera is viewing.

Dome security camera systems are very versatile, with vandal-proof, weatherproof, day/night, and various combinations readily available. Day/night capability means the security camera systems are color by day and black and white at night. The fixed dome camera in this series uses a Linux operating system for optimum performance and secured network along with the latest TI DaVinci hardware compression which officiates high scheduling frequency. The dual video streaming is in the H.264 / MPEG-4 dual format. It also supports the Internet Explorer browser for network preview making it adjustable to any existing system. It also notifies the authorized PC client whenever it detects any suspicious movement.
